The Staff Selection Commission - Combined graduate level examination is yet again surrounded by controversies. This time, students allege "mass cheating" in the SSC CGL Tier II examination that was held between February 17 to February 22.
Questions were leaked and/or images of the questions were circulated before the exam took place, students claim. The aspirants were shocked that images could be clicked from inside the centre as even pens are not allowed in the examination hall.
Students are speculating that many candidates sat for the exam from remote locations or somebody else took the paper on their behalf. Hundreds SSC CGL 2017 aspirant have poured out on the streets of Delhi, protesting outside the CGO complex and asking for an explanation.
This is not the first time that the SSC has garnered criticism of malpractice. Last month, SSC CGL 2016 candidates had staged protests in the capital as 10,166 qualified candidates were not given jobs.
