Always it is considered that the girl may have raped because of her wrong habit like drinking, wearing short dresses etc etc.
However, no one will point on the boy who has executed this terrible work. A so called boundary is drawn in front of girl that you've to remain behind this boundary and have not to crossed it anyhow.
Different advise is given to them like what you've to do and what don't have to do. However, no one is gonna tell their so called appropriate boy that you should respect girl and whatever.
Why there is no fear in male who execute these work?
- Our brutal law system who keeps looking all these but do nothing except stretching the case by giving tareekh pe tareekh, tareekh pe tareekh (a dialogue from movie which is relevant to it).
This is a country where women are considered private property of her husband.
I guess you'll remember Nirbhaya case and how long it was dragged. It took her family seven year to get justice. That's the biggest problem of our law system that it takes long year to get Justice.
Why victim have to wait for long time even after getting evidence against accused?
Why India why?
Janaab due to these mentality of people and our law system, there is no fear in accused who execute these terrible work.
